According to DOUCHANGLEE's official website, the normal shipping time for orders is 1-3 days after the order is placed, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be shipped one day later. However, the actual shipping time may vary depending on the order volume.
DOUCHANGLEE offers a "return only" service for its products, and members can enjoy a seven-day inspection period (including holidays) to apply for a free return once (unlimited number of items).
The seven-day inspection period starts from the day the consumer receives the product. It is important to note that after the seven-day period, DOUCHANGLEE will not accept any return requests.
To apply for a return, please call DOUCHANGLEE's customer service at (02)2511-4898 ext. 207, and a dedicated person will assist you with the return process. After the return application is completed, a person will pick up the returned goods at the designated time and address within three days.
Please note that certain items or situations are not eligible for returns, such as products that have been used, have undergone manual processing, or have incomplete accessories and packaging. Additionally, all returned items must be accompanied by their original accessories and packaging, including invoices, transparent packaging bags, hangers, shoe boxes, gift boxes, and gifts, and must be kept clean, odorless, undamaged, and uncut.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact customer service within seven days of receiving the product. DOUCHANGLEE will process the refund or exchange within seven working days after receiving the returned product. If you paid by credit card online, DOUCHANGLEE will process the refund directly and you should keep an eye on your current or next billing statement.
